We’re based in Houston, TX and we serve it’s surrounding areas. Delivery is free within 20 miles of 77055. Beyond that, we charge $2 per mile (round trip).

Start by filling out our inquiry form. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send over your rental agreement and invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date, which will be credited towards our final invoice. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.

Luxe Gathering offers a free delivery within a 20-mile radius of 77055. For locations beyond that, a round trip mileage fee of $2 per mile will be added to our final invoice.
Ex: Event is 45 miles away, that’s 25 miles extra. Round trip is 50 miles = $100 delivery fee.

Most (not all) Luxe rentals include 4 hours of service. Need more time? Additional hours can be added for a fee.

We understand plans change! Please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your event if the date is available.

Yes— but setup is weather-permitting. We ask that all rentals be placed on flat, dry, shaded, and secure surfaces for outdoor events.

Absolutely! Custom ad-ons are available for our flower walls, the champagne cart, and more. We just recommend 2 weeks advanced notice to make your vision come true.

We do not provide alcohol as a part of our package.

We start 7 days prior to your event to start your design process. We will reach out to you to get a feel of your events vibe and aesthetic so we can get a good understanding of what you’re looking for!
